Today's Workout

Today was about a 3 mile run. It was pretty simple. I didn't kill myself over it, but I was running, after all.

I'm way off my half training plan. I'm going to try to get back on that this week. (crap it's Monday when did that happen)

Here is the half training plan for the week:
Monday: Stretch and strengthen
Tuesday: 3.5 miles
Wednesday: crosstrain
Thursday: 3.5 + strength
Friday: Rest (haha)
Saturday: 40 min crosstrain
Sunday: 5 miles

If remedial PT works out that the distances we're running are at or exceed the plan, then I'm going to count that, and do some bodyweight work or go swimming to supplement.

I weighed myself this morning before PT, and I weighed 180! WOOT 5 lbs down from last Monday! After PTing and pooping I weighed 178. But I don't think that counts, because I weigh in before PT according to ME. I am the only one who counts anyway. Right?

Right.
