This week's Scout forum challenge was relatively simple: a choice of 4x100m sprints, 2x400m bike sprints, or 2x50m swim sprints. I chose the swim, because I needed a force into the pool and my feet are still bothering me.
I swam a total of 5 laps and I felt pretty good. I'll be a little stiff tomorrow, but there are water aerobics classes two mornings a week. I may try to get to one and try it out. I think tomorrow after work I will go to the pool again. I am going to take swim lessons this summer, probably in late July or August.
This morning's remedial workout was a circuit workout. I think tomorrow will be a plain old run.
