Snooze Button

I have an analogy!

My workout habits are like getting up in the morning! You know how every day, you get up for whatever reason, and some days, you just hit the snooze button. You do really well for a week, or two weeks, then you stay up too late at the movies and the next morning you sleep in! And the next morning, and the next morning.

I do very well for a little while, and one day I get busy, lazy, or preoccupied, and I don't work out. Then another day passes with no workout, and another day.

I have a goal for the 6 week challenge on the fitness forums I'm on. It's to be consistent in my workouts. I think that will see more gains for me than any other thing. That's why one of my goals is to swim 2x a week. It will help with developing the habit! I love to swim, so doing it should be easy.
