Today's workout is Stretch and Strengthen. This weekend, I really failed at getting my planned workouts in. So, here is today's convenient workout: stretch!!!
I'm really going to do well with this today, because tomorrow's normal workout will be replaced with today's normal workout, a 3 mile run. It got rescheduled at the last minute.
See, I was supposed to run a PFT today, and it got pushed back to tomorrow (woohoo). I rested, and stretched, and killed at tournament, only to be rescheduled. I went to the dojo yesterday for class, and now I'm stretching and doing some easy bodyweight stuff, plus some walking. On Thursday, I'm going to pick up the schedule like I haven't screwed it up at all and keep plugging away!
This week looks like this:
Monday: 1 hr of karate
Tuesday: Stretch & strengthen
Wednesday: 3 miles (PFT woot!)
Thursday: 3 miles plus Strength training (bodyweight circuit)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 30 minutes crosstraining
Sunday: 4 miles
Actually, I've covered all the workouts, just incredibly out of order! I didn't even realize it until I wrote it down. I still missed my long run last week, and I didn't want to run at all, so I let myself get the best of me. This week, I will do better!
