From Monday to Sunday:
Goal 1: Lose four pounds. This one is looking good. My scale says I am at 178 lbs. I am using the scale from work to track, though, since that was how I measured my beginning weight. This week I weighed 180 and I weigh in again on next Monday.
Goal 2: I have attended remedial PT every day this week, which counts for something. I haven't been very good about training on my own this week. Between finally getting through my recent plantar flare up and getting a metric asston of work assigned to me, I've been putting that at the bottom of my priority list.
Goal 3: I failed at this one this week. I swam 500 m in about 30 min on Thursday. I really only got to the pool because of the Scouts sprint challenge. I will try to swim 3 times next week to make up for it.
Life Goal: I haven't used my credit cards! I went a whole week! My savings account is suffering, but I have kept the credit cards put away! The only way to learn for me is the hard way, unfortunately. I am trying to get a financial management appointment scheduled, but have been putting it off.
