This is my Monday post, for the challenge. As I stated in my goals last month, I want to swim, ride my bike to work, keep a food journal, and finish reading The Primal Blueprint.
I've chosen a way to grade myself on my goals. I color-coded my goals, and I've got a points page in my notebook that has the dates and the colors in a table. I put the date, and if I accomplished that goal that day, I get a point in that color. The plan is to write about the week past every Monday and plan out the new week.
So far I've been doing okay. More details next Monday!
