This boyfriend of mine has given me a billion excuses to give to myself as to why I'm not getting all my stuff done! I haven't worked out on my own at all this week, and I'm feeling kinda bad about it.
Update on my six week challenge:
I haven't used my credit card except to fly home for the funeral, so that's going well.
I've gained three pounds. Of course, I did weigh in after my breakfast of bacon and eggs. (Delicious, by the way.) Either way, I feel like I need to take a step back and make sure I'm taking care of myself again. After all, the initial mushy-gushy period seems to have abated with the boyfriend.
I haven't been swimming (see above excuses) and I have some swimming to make up for on that. I haven't been consistent with anything. Well, maybe consistently eating...
In order to combat slacking, today I'm going to bike over to the fresh&easy or maybe sprouts and doing the shopping. I still have beef, so it looks like chicken is the meat of the week. I got angus burgers last week and they were yummy. There is chicken breast trimmings that I found... super easy for my salads and utterly useless for nothing, actually, stir fry is happening this week.
Have to do some meal planning before the shopping.
