Meal Plan this week

I've started meal planning for the first time this week. I hope to make budgeting for food easier, as well as help with food portioning.

Monday
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon
  • Lunch: salad with grilled chicken
  • Dinner: Broccoli and hamburger with cheese
Tuesday
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon
  • salad with grilled chicken
  • grilled chicken with green beans
Wednesday
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon
  • Lunch: salmon salad
  • Dinner: Parsley potatoes, spinach
Thursday
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon
  • Lunch: Salmon & green beans
  • Dinner Grilled chicken with steamed peppers and carrots
Friday
  • Breakfast:2 eggs, chorizo
  • Lunch: Spinach & salmon
  • Dinner: green beans
Saturday
  • Breakfast: Chorizo
  • Lunch: celery with cashew butter & raisins
  • Dinner: Salmon, broccoli
Sunday
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon
  • Lunch: grilled chicken & broccoli
  • Dinner: Caesar salad (from kit)
