I'm headed home for a funeral on Friday. The gentleman I wrote of a couple weeks back has finally passed away. The Good Lord took him home.
It's been a long day and a pretty rough one, but once again I am reminded of the family and friends I've found here in California. I begin to realize how much several people I didn't even really consider friends do care about me. I have a good place here, even if it's far from home.
God has blessed me abundantly.
